When will the 2009 WRX be available at dealerships?

I almost bought a 2008 until I found out they're getting 40 horsepower, stiffer springs, thicker anti-roll bars, and a big spoiler on the hatchbacks starting with the '09s.|||There is a long wait for the WRX for two reasons:

1. Because Subaru dropped the LL Bean's turning them into Limited all Subaru dealers had to send back LL Beans to port to have them rebadged, causing a delay in everything else being delivered.

2. Subaru highly underestimated the demand for the 2009 Subaru Foresters, Subaru of America is backed up on thousands of ordered Foresters and will be stopping production of the Impreza and Outback line in order to catch up.

Subaru released the 09 Forester First, and we are recieving 09 Outbacks now (harmon kardon audio and some new colors are the only changes), the Legacys will be next probably September and October and the Impreza line will be last, the WRX will be dead last as it is the least sold Subaru models aside from the STi. Expect November/December at the earliest and by my guess More like January/Febuary. |||My local dealer's say another month. It might depend on where you are. When the 08 STI's came we on the west coast got them 3 months before the east coast. It's free to call up your dealer and ask and they should be able to give you an exact date.|||I couldn't really find anything. I think it's going to depend on what dealership, because some are going to get them before others. Call your local dealership(s) and see.|||dunno. but 40 mor hp luks lik fun. probably this fall.
