Whats wrong with my suspension?

My 2000 Mercury v8 front left wheel makes a sqeaking sound whenever it bounces or i turn the wheel.

While im driving and bouncing a little it'll make a horrible high squeaking sound. I dont know if its like the struts or the anti roll bar (if it has one of those) but if there is a mechanic out there who could help me or at least give me some suggestions i would surely appreciate it!!

Please help me, and give me some good advice|||I had a similar problem but on a dodge dakota. It turned out to be a control arm bushing had worn out and was rubbing metal to metal. My tires were out of alignment, wear was terrible and was constantly pulling to the side. Now that i got them replaced, a smooth easy ride.|||Could be a wheel bearing going out.

To check this, lift the wheel off the ground, grab the wheel on top and bottom and try to "rock" it.

If there's movement in that direction it's likely that the wheel bearing is failing.|||control arms, bushings, tie rods, ball joints, alignment, wheel bearing: in that order.

if ok, rack and pinion and perhaps struts.|||Check your strut mount, strut bearing. Could also be your outer CV joint or wheel bearing.|||most likely a ball joint
